Portrait Artistry

You don't always have to do a full blown session, and then buy lots of prints from each pose. We also specialize in portrait artistry. If you have an idea/vision for a portrait of your child, we will be happy to make it a reality, with no obligation to buy a full session and purchase from several poses etc. Our Tier 2 photography  gives you the option to come in to the studio, discuss your ideas with Tamara and myself and create a plan to achieve it. There are no minimums, buy one wall portrait or one hundred 5x7's, it is up to YOU. Contact J Photography for more details and Tier 2 pricing.

Christina's Maternity Session

Inherently, shooting lots of newborns also results in shooting plenty of maternity photos too. Ladies, your baby bump IS sexy, so don't let time get away without recording this stage in your life!

Christina came to us for maternity and newborn photos, but had some apprehensions. After she discussed some ideas with Tamara, we made them happen!  Once Mila  (the cutest baby we've ever photographed besides our own) arrived, we went to work on her newborn portraits as well.  Those will certainly be posted as soon as mom has seen them.

We shoot A LOT of newborn sessions at our studio, and every one of them is just as much of a joy as the last. Babies make my job so easy, I mean really, how could you not like a photo of a cute cuddly baby??? That being said, my wife and I still go the extra mile for our clients and provide them with portraits that will be cherished for decades.
